About Our Founder
Ms. Akira S. Strozier
I am Akira S. Strozier, I created the Growth for Both hair product line, beginning with hair oil. In 2019, after making the big chop, and a month after the chop, growth was providing the necessary results. After receiving a cancer diagnosis in late 2021, I continued to use it for my mother. My mother’s hair continued to grow and got thicker while undergoing treatment. With this, I made the decision to broaden GFB and make it available to everyone after my mother transitioned in 2022. GFB is dedicated to my late mother Tereon S. Strozier and late sister Addysyn S. Strozier.
In addition to adding more hair care products—like a hair mist, curling cream, and hair grease—I plans to grow Growth for Both over the course of the next year. These additions will also include more skin-hydrating products, like body butter and body oil.
Policy Overview
Our refund and return policy last 15 days after shipment has been received, or 5 days after shipment has not been received from shipment date. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
In order to qualify for a return, the item must not have been used and must be in the same condition in which it was received. Additionally, the item must be in its original packaging.
REFUNDS:
Once your return has been received and checked, we will email you to let you know that we received your returned item, and we will also let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, then we will process your refund, and we will automatically credit your credit card or your original payment method within 7 business days.
SHIPPING RETURNS:
If you would like to return your item, please send it to the address on your original order. Your return shipping label will be included in the price of your original order.
The amount of time it will take to receive your exchanged product will depend on your location. If you are returning a bundle, trackable shipping may be required or you may need to purchase shipping insurance.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that your item will be returned to you.
